[Feature Request] Select all and select by pixel in crop tool

Current Behavior

The user must manually select all of the picture and make guesses if they want precise adjustment of the picture to be cropped.

Expected Behavior

A new button option should be added next to 16:9 (perhaps "X:Y" - or rename "Custom" to "Select" and reuse "Custom") that starts with the maximum pixel height and width preselected and allows the user to enter height and width values.

This is also effective in allowing the user to verify the pixel size of images.
