Not work with Jandal 0.0.15

Hi dev's! Jandal removed Jandal.handle()
Jandal 0.0.15 Changelog:
Remove Jandal.handle(). Instead pass the handler to the Jandal constructor. e.g: new Jandal(socket, 'stream');.
Please fix it or change dependencies to: "jandal": "0.0.14".
