Apple Silicon support: recommending usage of node-ffprobe-installer #6

Hello everyone!

ffprobe-static does not support darwin-arm64.

I already solved the same issue on another similar package relying on ffprobe. I would recommend switching to my node-ffprobe-installer fork here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-ffprobe-installer

If I make the changes myself and open a PR on this repo, are you willing to merge it?
