我的场景是“组1”和“组2”都可以“购置添加”车辆，同时相互不能看到对方“购置添加”的车辆，但“办公室”可以看到所有“组”的车辆。

Yes, I try to configure the permissions for the team1 and team2 role 'own data', but it's visible by team1_user1 only, that the team1_user1 created data. I need the other users in the role of team1 can be view the data that the team1_user1 created data too.

This contradicts the need you stated above.Do you want team1 people to only see their own data, or do you want them to be able to see data created by all team1 people?

Ok, I need:
The all people in the team1 can be view the data by anyone in team1 created.
But in team2 can not view the team1's data.
And in office can be view all data, created by anyone in team1 or team2.
