What would that look like? How would that work? I'm not sure how we'd do that in a way that is useful for people looking for help.

We could use a simple GitHub Webhook that points to a "stand alone" Google Apps Script that will send the issue/comment to nodejs@googlegroups.com.

It seemed like a simple enough task so I created a gist that does the mailing. I tested it using another email and it seemed to work just fine. I also added some extra code that gives us a starting point for getting comments back into the issue if someone replies to an email in the list. If you're interested I can give you the setup details.
