Documented instance variables don't show up in the generated output #46

If you look at DiffHunk, you will see that the instance variables have their types but no documentation.

However, if you actually open up convenient_hunk.js, you will see that all the instance variables have been properly documented.

It seems like the generated output isn't including the written documentation?
