We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live, it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should show up.

Startup performance:

• Ongoing work in the user land snapshot, split some patches out into separate PRs. See bootstrap: implement run-time user-land snapshots via --build-snapshot and --snapshot-blob node#38905 (comment) for the latest update.
• A patch including fix for snapshot support of class field initializers is uploaded in the upstream, though I plan to split the snapshot fix out into a different CL first
