V8 Currency:

• V8 9.3 landed on master today
• V8 9.3 backport to v16.x is open: [v16.x-backport] deps: update V8 to 9.3 node#39947

I'm going to suggest we cancel the meeting this week. I don't think there is anything on the agenda that we are not already progressing async. @nodejs/tsc unless I see objections I'll cancel first thing when I get in tomorrow.
