There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. V8 currency:

• Windows issue with V8 9.5 was fixed upstream and it landed on master. I'm proposing a forward compatibility patch with V8 9.6 so we can easily update it in Node.js 17: deps: V8: make V8 9.5 ABI-compatible with 9.6 node#40422
• Canary is fine.

• Application deadline is approaching for the Node.js Certification and Training Scholarship
• Node.js Community Committee has been retired. Changes are still in progress.
• Issue approving charter change in Adjust charter to simplify automated removal rules #1097 needs to stay open for 14 days.
