There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. CPC update: The CPC discussed our proposed charter change in the meeting this week. My impression is that there seems to be support for the change and we're just waiting for approvals to accumulate.
