I'd like to do another "deep dive" for one of our meetings, as I think that can be productive when we need to hash something out. Good for brainstorming, or trying to come to consensus about something, etc.

Does anyone have anything they'd like to discuss?

Subjects I think are worth deep-dives (in no particular order):

  1. API design for new recursive filesystem operations: chmod -R #59, Rethink recursive flag (and design more generally) for fs.rmdir node#34278, etc.
  2. ESM reloading: ESM module reloading and module graph #51

unless there’s anything else urgent today I think we should focus on recursive api design considerations and probably a short recap of the collab summit session

Perhaps a deep dive to see argument parsing proof of concept (and perhaps the idea for npx, but for Node).

We ended up doing a deep dive on the recursive filesystem APIs so I'm going to close this. We do want to do another deep dive, possibly on ESM reloading, in the near future but we'll create a new issue for that.
