Opening new windows (and dragging tabs out of window should open the tab in a new window)

Describe the solution you'd like and the expected behavior

Ctrl + N should open a new window instance with the same user account session.
Dragging a tab a outside of the client window, at a certain threshold, should open that tab in a new window (also with the same user session).

I think this is blocked until we move the authentication into its own window. I'm going to tag is as such for now.
