Open nOS as default browser

Describe the solution you'd like and the expected behavior

As a user, I want to be able to pick nOS as my default browser

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Possible implementation / References

This should at least be held off implementing till #231 is implemented, since that's basic browser features.
Opening nOS (binary, not yarn start version) should open a dialog asking to set nOS as a default browser. It should also be able to open hyperlinks from external clicks (even with the sign in view in between).
