Expected Behavior

When you clear custom networks it should show an info toast

Current Behavior

It does not show a toast, only when the custom network is selected

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add a random network
  2. Switch to MainNet/TestNet
  3. Click clear custom networks
  4. Notice that no toast was shown but networks were cleared

Possible Solution

Show the toast
