Special tags to appear with note title in search panel

Search panel serves as a list of notes in chosen context (search term/tag/etc). For some tags, I want to know quickly if the note has a certain tags, especially, Boolean or key:value tags (or the ersatz solution I have in place, like the one mentioned in #1704).

This is similar to tags on Github Issues (enhancement, maybe, etc).

I suggest a special tag term (like the current Notebooks or Templates) and the tags under it appear in the search list.
