Suggestion: Document package maintenance status

I recently read the npm changelog and noticed that npm/cli#5858 has merged, which uses ci-info instead of this package. Is this package still being maintained? If not, please consider adding information to the readme, archiving the repository, or deprecating the package.

Thanks for flagging this @nickmccurdy. We usually have a process for doing all three of the things you mentioned once a project is no longer used by npm/cli, but this repo fell through the cracks.

I'm going to confirm it's usage by our team and then deprecate/archive if appropriate.

Finally closing the loop on this, we've archived this repo and deprecated the package with a note to use ci-info which is what we use in the npm CLI.
