Apologize about the time again. Should not be showing up as 6pm ET - our call has & continues to be at 2pm ET (ref. https://github.com/npm/rfcs#when-is-the-meeting). I'll figure out the issue with Codespaces/Actions running the agenda creation script when I get back from vacation (~mid-September) unless someone else from @npm/cli-team wants to get to it first.

Notably, I won't be at today's RFC call & will be out-of-office for the next 2 weeks on vacation (scheduling of & running of RFC calls next week & the week after may/may not happen).
