Support package-lock.json file

Allow to provide a package-lock.json file instead of a package.json file to draw the graph. This can be useful when using private packages not published on npmjs registry, or using other registries like Github Packages Registry, or when using git dependencies.

Alternatively, or complementary to that, allow to provide tokens to access to that other registries or git repositories.
