NX: Unable to resolve @nx/rspack:rspack-project #368

Hello,

Running the command npx nx g @nx/rspack:rspack-project --skipValidation throws the error NX Unable to resolve @nx/rspack:rspack-project.

Cannot find generator 'rspack-project' in /path/node_modules/@nx/rspack/generators.json.
   Pass --verbose to see the stacktrace.

What could be wrong?
