update ejs version to it's latest since it's creating vulnerabilities

• I am using nrwl/devkit 14.0.3 which is latest one.

• But nrwl/devkit@14.0.3 is using ejs@3.1.5.

• ejs@3.1.5 is using jake@10.8.2

• jake@10.8.2 is using async@0.9.2

async@0.9.2 is creating vulnerabilities in my project so I just wanted to know if there is any specific purpose behind using 3.1.5 verison of ejs?
