fix(core): fix ghost alias when parsing yarn lockfile

Current Behavior

Having both alias and non-alias pointing to the same package snapshot breaks in Yarn Berry and gets ignored in Yarn Classic.

Expected Behavior

Ghost alias should be properly parsed and added as a separate note.
