feat(dep-graph): add experimental support for finding path between projects

Current Behavior

• The dep graph visualization does not reveal any data about the edges between projects
• The dep graph visualization cannot trace the path between two projects

Expected Behavior

• The dep graph visualization reveals the files that cause the edges between projects
• The dep graph visualization can trace the path between two projects

This behavior is currently behind a feature flag and not available to end users. We are targeting Nx 14 for release.
