I have an in-house CI environment failing during yarn install on a call to lightercollective.

This matches an issue described here: webpack/webpack-cli#738

I didn't root cause, but there's a ton of chatter around what might be a root cause over here - WebReflection/document-register-element#165

I also saw some people w/ similar issues w/ the full opencollective-postinstall package, which I see being pulled in through husky. Husky has modified their own postinstall to ignore failures here - typicode/husky#573
