Thanks for opening this issue, @Sandural! Are you referring to the desktop app or the SDK?

We haven't released in a while because there haven't been any major bug fixes and/or features in the desktop app and we've been working on automating our release process to make it a little bit easier to ship.

That being said, we did include some nice features recently (like support for custom ipywidgets), so a release may be due before the end of November.

I'd still like to sort out how to automatically release the desktop app before that just so we can have more continuous releases in the future.

I hope this is helpful. Thanks for the inquiry!

Another reason for a new release is that the current .deb package depends on libindicator3-7_0.5.0-4_amd64.deb and libappindicator3-1_0.4.92-7_amd64.deb, that are missing in Debian 11.

It's been a calendar year since the last release. It looks like there's been a steady stream of commits to the repo, so I wonder if it's not worth pushing that release out. To an outsider who does not follow Interact.io's GitHub account, a year between releases makes the product look somewhat moribund. Of course, the commit log shows that nothing could be farther from the truth!
