nteract desktop 0.28.0

Describe the bug
I'm using nteract desktop with dotnet interactive.
that i can run c# code in nteract, but there is no syntax highlighting for c#.
as the screenshots , error log in devtools is : Cannot find module './c#/c#.js'.
both in codemirror and Monaco editor.

Expected behavior

@azraelrabbit Thanks for the bug report! It looks like there is an issue when resolving the syntax type with our new syntax highlighting resolver.
