[nEdge] Extend Inter-LAN Filtering Rules to also handle WAN interfaces

Currently it is possible to define routing policies to force a user to access internet through a specific WAN interface, however the user is still able to reach IP addresses behind other WAN interfaces. It is requested to define access policies similar to "Inter-LAN Filtering Rules" to control also access to WAN interfaces.
