Feature request - API access rights

Hello, we using this tool in our company, however we need better managing access rights through API. The main problem is, that I can't get list of groups that can access to some account. Would be possible to implement this feature for some reward?

If not, in case that we implement this feature, would you accept it and approve merge request?
