Scroll behaviour goes to top on history back

Steps to reproduce

• Goes on https://content.nuxtjs.org/guide/migration
• Scroll down
• Click on a link to another page (ex: Fetching Content)
• Click on the back button of the browser

What is Expected?

• History should be conserved like on https://v3.nuxtjs.org or https://nuxtjs.org

What is actually happening?

• It goes back to the top of the page

@Atinux, it look like this doesn't work anywhere or not working at all on Linux with Wayland and macOS on brave and (https://github.com/Atinux/content-wind/blob/main/app/router.options.ts) does not work with (https://github.com/bdrtsky/scroll-issue-repro) as playground
