Glide provider and external domain

Note: I cannot remove the domain part of the image URL, as it is required by the Glide implementation that I cannot change myself

Since UFO 0.8.6, 'withBase' does not prefix URLs with protocol (unjs/ufo#68), which breaks the 'getImage' implementation of the Glide provider.

From glide.js / latest release:

Why do I need to provide a reproduction?

Reproductions make it possible for us to triage and fix issues quickly with a relatively small team. It helps us discover the source of the problem, and also can reveal assumptions you or we might be making.

What will happen?
