How to make Nuxt determine that APIs fetched on different domains are the same.

Our service is configured as follows.
We are using SSR.
During SSR, we fetch the necessary information from the API server (Rails).
If the URL (domain) of the API server from which data is fetched during SSR and the API server from which data is fetched on the client side are different, how should we configure it?

Currently, we have not made any special settings, so we are fetching data during SSR and then fetching it again on the client side(on browser).

Both are accesses to the same server, so there is no need to fetch from the client side, but
Since the domains are different, Nuxt does not recognize that the data has been fetched on the server, and the client side fetches the data again.

I solved this problem by useAsyncData + key( I changed to set path instead of url ).
It would be nice to be able to set up something like an alias for the domain more easily, is the Nuxt.js has such Configurations?
