Environment

Update version nuxt RC 10.

Reproduction

The expected type comes from property 'server' which is declared here on type 'ViteConfig'

Describe the bug

According to Nuxt documentation, files started with ignorePrefix (- by default) will be ignored in the building. Unfortunately, this also causes the loss of hot reloads.

This has been fixed on the edge channel in nuxt/framework#7554.
