Indeed, I'm aware of this. This happens since the https://github.com/tailwindlabs/headlessui/releases/tag/%40headlessui%2Fvue%40v1.7.14 release and more precisely since this PR tailwindlabs/headlessui#2492.

The only way I found to fix the issue is to downgrade to v1.7.13.

The only way I found to fix the issue is to downgrade to v1.7.13.

So will this be fixed here later? I don't want to install this dependency separately

Do we have an issue created in the headless UI repo to watch/coordinate ?

It's not really an issue with Headless UI as they don't provide this feature. The way we hacked to make the hover work is just no longer possible with their refactor.
