Data fetching mentions activated hook, but there's no documentation about the hook

Couldn't find anything about that hook in nuxt, or vue, at least explain when does it trigger.

We are talking about the VueJS hook: https://vuejs.org/v2/api/#activated
I'll let someone from the framework confirm that and adjust the documentation 🙂
