环境描述

系统: win10 22H2
浏览器：edge
OCS辅助软件版本：2.5.2
页面链接: http://localhost:15319/index.html#/bookmarks

BUG 描述

通过OCS软件启动浏览器后可以安装脚本管理器，但无法正常打开起始导航页，也无法正常安装脚本
同时OCS软件弹出error如下：
page.goto: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED at http://localhost:15319/index.html#/bookmarks
