Steps to reproduce:
-Go to action server menu
-Create a server action with type is Update Record
-Choose a model (Contact - res.partner for example)
-Choose m2m field (tag_ids)
-Then choose resource_ref
-Hit Save
Current behavior:
The resource_ref is disappear right after hit save button
And the save button is display again, if we hit the rotate button, it will be ok
Expected behavior:
The resource_ref won't disappear and no need to have extra save behaviour
Impacted versions: 17.0 (probably 16 as well)
