hr_holidays: Number of hours bug

Steps to reproduce:
1- create a leave allocation for a group of employee (type of type must be in hours)
2- after validation, an allocation for each employee is created but the number of hours is different depending on each employee working hours

Current behavior: if you allocated 2 hours for a group employees its converted to number of days based on 8 hours work day
each employee allocation the number of hours is recalculated based on his working hours
so if you allocated 2 hours for group of employee then its .25 day
in employees allocation if the employee is set to work 10 hours then .25 * 10 = 2.5 hours

Expected behavior: allocated 2 hours for group of employees each employee gets only 2 hours
