It seems dog is currently unmaintained: ogham/dog#97 As `doggo` is based on `dog`, perhaps it is a valid successor for this list.

Dog has gone unmaintained. While doggo isn't advertised as a drop in replacement, it seems to be close enough that I'm comfortable adding an abbreviation for dog through to doggo. ogham/dog#97

From what I can see this project only has a single maintainer, which affects PRs getting merged and releases being made?
@ogham seems to have disappeared since late Oct 2021 on Github (profile activity), I'm not seeing any interaction with issues or PRs on here since. I'm a little concerned what that means for
dog.If @ogham does return, perhaps consider migrating
