Problem

We might be missing out on useful features and bugfixes in Cypress.

Solution

  1. Verify that latest version of Cypress doesn't slow down tests significantly. See Find out what happened with Cypress Upgrade PR #1152
  2. If it doesn't, proceed and use testIsolation=false
  3. Post test times between master and the latest version in a comment below to verify that the tests still take a reasonable amount of time on your local machine.
