Koala is not opening up! #839

I have downloaded Koala version 2.3.0 and completed all the steps for installation.
But when I am opening it up it don't show up. No window opens up, I have tried installing it again but nothing has changed.

Somebody please help me to resolve the issue.

@HarshikaVats check in task manager, if it appear more than 1 time, then end process of all tasks and again click and wait till it open.
