@saikiran32 so just figured this out. You have to log into your companies "okta" account. I assume by default, much like mine, it was set to SMS verification. You need to go through whoever has the keys and necessary privileges to delete that and setup the Okta Verify option. For this you will need the Okta Verify app which can be found on apple and google stores. Your IT guy will then send you a barcode which you can then scan through the app. Once done you should be good to go.

FWIW I also added the factor = OKTA to my ~/.okta-aws file.
