The Duo second factor authentication screen shows an error:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Have Duo enabled.
Go through normal flow to authenticate via CLI.
See pop-up browser,
Enter credentials
See Error on screen that usually asks to "send a push"

Expected behavior
See a screen asking to "send a push"
