PRINT when TimeLimit has been reached in IndexOptimize

In IndexOptimize there is a parameter @Timelimit.
It would be nice if there could be some feedback (PRINT) when the time limit is reached so that we know if the script completed because all indexes were optimized or because the time limit has been reached.

Maybe also a flag to throw an error when time limit is reached.
