• README.md: add example of using .emojify(str) function

• add .emojify(str) function (emojify replaces all :emoji: with the actual emoji in a string)
• refactored .get to make emojify a bit faster
• updated badges in README.md
• nobody seems to have issues with it, so here we go: node-emoji is stable (1.0) now
