Confilict in showing line numbers in Jupyter Notebook

Describe the bug
When I use the 'One Dark Theme' and 'IdeaVim' in PyCharm (in a Jupyter notebook), the line numbers get incorrect. Also, when I enable the 'Atom Material Icons' the problem remains. Only when I disable the theme and icon plugin, the line numbers get correct in the notebook.

Environment

• PY-223.8836.43, JRE 17.0.6+1-b653.34x64 JetBrains s.r.o., OS Mac OS X(aarch64) v13.2.1, screens 3600.0x2338.0, 2560.0x1440.0
• Plugin version: 5.7.4
