blanket and ampersand sign color is missing on JetBrains IDE (CLion)

Describe the bug
I was using vs code and I recently start using the JetBrains ides I found that blanket and ampersand sign colors are missing on the JetBrains IDE
Here is some screenshot for the problem.

Expected Behavior
Blanket and ampersand sign color should show normally like VS Code screenshot above.
