级联方式onTransitionEnd回调data错误 #106

采用级联的方式， onTransitionEnd:function(data, indexArr, instance) 回调data数据错误，

比如现在滚动为[1,2]，再滚动第0个轮子变为【2,2】，但是onTransitionEnd返回的data仍为【1,2】的id，可以优化一下
