Create Messages for common analytical data

Rather than having completely unstructured analytical data (like strings with peaks for NMR), define messages that capture the real structure. Also need helper functions that parse strings into the more structured format.

Messages were defined for analytical data in PR #496 but there are no helper functions defined. Need to determine if helper functions for analytical data are still relevant to ORD.
