Add WithoutDedup option to turn off deduplication (allow duplicated key-values) in simple and batch log record processors.

Why

  1. There is a similar issue that indicates that users may want to have an option to avoid deduplication: About the performance overhead of attribute deduplication in recordingSpan#snapshot #5130
  2. It will improve performance
  3. It will allow sending duplicated key-values if an receiver allows it
