Add warning in HasMultiDimensionChildren if duplicate lines are provided #188

HasMultiDimensionChildren allows several lines per item. There can be duplicates that mean that lines will not be taken into account.

Generally, there should be a warning when duplicate lines are given, resulting in data not taken into account.
