Proposed solution

• Provide a checkmark to an existing variable which says - "Apply to all panels automatically"
  • Make dashboard variables filter all visualizations.
• Allow for renaming and pinning dynamic variables to the dashboard.
  • Currently dynamic variables go away once you leave the dashboard.
• When creating a visualization
  • Add an option to automatically apply dynamic variables to it.
